Proposing a Resilience Universal Basic Income
This proposal is for a temporary Universal Basic Income (UBI) to help households and the economy recover from the effects of Covid-19.
The fully-costed proposal has been authored by Patrick Brown and would see every working-age adult in the UK receive a £400 a month ‘Covid Dividend’ for a year, while children and pensioners would receive £200 a month.

Testing a Real Peace Dividend
for Northern Ireland
This proposal outlines the first steps towards delivering a Universal Basic Income (UBI) trial in Northern Ireland.
It advances the idea of UBI as a ‘Peace Dividend’, which would aid conflict transformation in a post-conflict society such as Northern Ireland. It is the first proposal of its kind.
